Beautiful table but as functional as hoped.Tracy C.Let me start off by saying that the table is beautiful. Solid wood. Butcher block top. It will withstand kids and parties and the eventual dents & scratches will only make it more beautiful. But… you can only sit people comfortably in the middle. The two ends are useless as they have support bars that run across each end. You have no place to put your legs. If they had extended the table top by a few inches on each end it would have been perfect. There are 4 decorative ends that screw in with bolts that work with the allen wrench. They are horrible. Just don’t. I stripped two just trying to get them in (even after I drilled pilot holes into the wood), one of which I couldn’t get out or screw in all the way. I ended up using wood screws to attach the rest. They worked perfectly. When you are ready to flip the table I recommend AT LEAST 3 people, 4 would be better. I cannot stress enough that this is a heavy table3
