Waste of moneyJean I.This product is bad news. After installation, the spray feature started malfunctioning in a few weeks. In about 10 months, the plastic part on the tip of the pull-dowm cracked and now it makes a mess spraying water all over if I try to used it. Currently, it drips non-stop (waste of water until I replace it or shut off water line valves). What a pain! I've never bought a product so good-looking that turned out to be so short living. Very disappointed here.1

Bad purchaseYazmina R.We bought this faucet back in June and installed 1 days ago.It looks very nice, but functionality is a problem: the reach of the hose is not far enough and we can't get more than a trickle out of the sprayer or the regular faucet function. The switch to change the sprayer does not work at all. We generally have very good water pressure, so the regulator or water saving device is to blame, but it is not accessible by any means. Nothing to unscrew or get to for cleaning purposes. Does anybody have any ideas? Had I known that this would happen, I would have gone to Lowe's, they are easier to get to for returns. It is a nightmare the little water that comes out.1

I can still toggle it manually, but I do miss the auto-reset. I haven't yet taken it apart. But it is beautiful. And I love that you can pull the coil out of the housing for a little more range of motion in the sink.3

Suggest change the red tagged line from ‘cold water’ to ‘hot water’. Suggest left-hand threads from lines to valve body. Suggest thread-locking liquid on threads from lines to valve body.2
