All suppliers are audited regularly and non-compliant suppliers are required to implement immediate corrective actions. But in recent times I’ve noticed such a difference with the quality, wrong parts, holes not matching up etc. I have just received a Kallax unit and was excited to build. I love them and every bedroom and storage cupboard has one. I even have the TV unit! But building this one was stressful… all of the doweling was too big so there’s gaps where the wood meets. I would bring it back to store but as I paid for home delivery, it would defeat the object as I would have to go to the store anyway! As this is going in a storage cupboard I am letting this one go… but I am losing faith in recently. The quality is nothing like it used to be!3
