One overflow for a double sink?Verified ReviewerOther people have already written about this. But why on earth does a pipe system for a double sink only have one overflow pipe? The canned response is well don't fill up the sink without an overflow. But obviously the overflow is there as a failsafe in the event of an emergency or accident in which the user has to leave the room in a rush and forgets to turn the tap off. Nobody intentionally fills a sink beyond capacity leaving the tap running! It's there precisely for those moments where you make a mistake to cover your back. At least provide a cover for the unused overflow so that water spray doesn't go down into your cupboard filling it with moisture!3
