Wake up refreshed!LindaOh so good! It is important to let the mattress expand on your bed frame before use (so sleep was spent on guest room futon). We gave it 3 days; properly vaccumed the top and sides of the mattress; then gave it one more night. I have severe asthma and there was no unbearable off-gassing fumes thanks to the natural materials utilizes in production. This is our second mattress after 20 years on the first (stiff morning back proved it was time to for a new one). *Side note: At pick up, as I was about to slide the mattress into my vehicle, a gentleman offered to help. He exclaimed that we were going to love this mattress. They had bought the same one and then had to go back for another to place in their guest room.5

Cheap mattress feelDariaThis mattress did not have good support for me. My hips were dipping into the mattress which created a lot of pain. I realized I need more premium mattress with zoned coils. If you are heavy in the hips, I would not recommend it. Also, the foam layer is so tiny that it feels quite rough. You'll probably need a topper to feel cozy. was great helping me to deal with return/exchange process though!2
10 year warranty? This mattress was poorly made.HeidiI purchased the HAUGESUND mattress and selected firm in the twin size. The firm mattress was suggested to me by a sales person at the Bloomington, MN store. After only 1 year it was completely sagging in the middle of the mattress and almost unusable. I was persuaded to make the purchase because of the 10 year warranty. However, this was a very poorly made product that could not stand up. I would highly recommend not purchasing it. What exactly does the 10 year warranty cover? Will it be possible to return it and get a portion of my money back? Or could send out a replacement? Does stand behind its word in making quality products? I ask this because each time I go to the store there seems to be more and more poorly made products that are not at all durable. It seems unreasonable that after only a year the mattress would then become unusable in such a short period of time. I would highly recommend not purchasing it to get the 10 year warranty.1
