When I contacted customer service both online and then in store after about 8 month of having them, I was told that nothing can be done. Now I have to buy something else and get rid of this trash. 1
Easy to install but subpar qualityMollyThese are very easy to install and just snap into place. However, for the price (it takes about six packages of these to fill my regular size balcony, mind you) the quality is unimpressive. They came looking already weathered and worn, like they'd been outdoors a long time. And there are a lot of imperfections, like different sized gaps between the planks. I don't mind it, because it's for outside anyway — but for the quality, it should not cost $40.2
