Knife holder at the back, a holder on the side for chopping boards or pot stands and 2 hooks for utensils – and all in the same organiser.

Annoying assemblyVerified ReviewerI got so annoyed trying to assemble this. Attaching the holder on the side is far too fiddly and difficult and unclear instructions + the hex key comes from an awkward angle due to metal in the way. Nearly lost my mind with it which I don’t usually do with assembly so I suggest you re-design. I’m used to things being quick and simple to put together and did not except a little kitchen accessory to be this fiddly. And when in that mood I obviously start to notice faults and general wonkiness of the product as well which doesn’t help. Hopefully it will look good once in place because it seems very practial for a bit of space saving. I might need to rethink my plan of using the bottom shelf for oils and such but not keen on putting them on top either. The hooks are also very small, don’t know what they’ll be used for yet.3

Kitchen organiserVerified ReviewerSuperb bit of design and well made and pleasing to the eye I hate to say it but you could change more for it ! A bargain and looks well in my small kitchen Well done 5
HandyVerified ReviewerBit of a pig to put together, just remember that not every screw needs a nut, there are 8 screws and 6 nuts so 4 on the top shelf with nuts, and the other 2 nuts go on whatever side doesn’t have the plate holder thingy! Apart from that, it’s a really useful little item which will help clear some space on the worktop. (The knife slots in the wood is particularly useful)4The kitchen might be the busiest room in your house, but it needn’t be the most chaotic. We’ve chosen some of our favourite organisation and storage ideas from kitchens around the world to help make your mealtimes easier and more enjoyable.

Add Extra Storage To Your Small Kitchen With This Incredible Ikea Cabinet Hack
Free up drawer space and start using the walls for extra storage. Stashing knives on a magnetic rack near your food preparation area is more convenient than having them all mixed up in a drawer.
Keep everything you need to cook in drawers near the hob, and store the most frequently used items right at the top.
Think about how best to store kitchen items before filling each drawer. Stack pans vertically and lids horizontally so that it’s easy to grab the size you need.

Increase the functionality of old kitchen cabinets by modifying them to make smarter use of space. If your cabinets are short on shelves, add wire baskets and plastic containers to keep the contents neat and well-organised.

A drying rack doesn’t have to mean doubling the area the sink occupies. Hanging a rack from the wall saves on space and helps the air get to wet crockery.
Get smart with rubbish and recycling storage. Choose different sizes and shapes of containers to suit different sorts of waste, and save on time spent sorting.
This Ikea Hack Turns A Bookcase Into Rolling Pantry Storage
Add space to your kitchen with a portable trolley. Use it to store bulky items, or to wheel everything to the dining table in one go, rather than going back and forth.
Make it easier to set the table each day – create a one-stop station of everyday essentials, including crockery, cutlery and napkins.

If your kitchen has deep drawers, use every bit of that height to store jars upright. Save your shallower drawers for items like cutlery or flat tins.
Ikea Fitted Kitchens Review (2024)
You don’t need a separate spice rack to store your dried herbs and spices. In fact, they’re best kept in the dark, so a drawer is the perfect spot to keep them.Looking for kitchen space-saving ideas to give your cooking and baking more elbow room? One solution is freeing up the work surfaces you already have by finding new storage for things you keep on your worktop. Another is finding smart ways of adding extra work surfaces. Here are a few ideas.
An easy way to extend your worktop is to cover the sink with a sturdy, well-fitting chopping board. In a small kitchen, this can make a big difference. Also, the placement is handy for peeling, rinsing and chopping vegetables as it’s close to the tap and drain – and probably your waste bin too.
If you want to clear things away but still keep them handy, have a look at your walls. Rails and shallow wall shelves are classic open storage solutions for hanging pots, pans and utensils, or storing jars, containers and spices. They also set a nice foodie vibe.

A handy trolley is smart for adding flexible workspace that’s easy wheeling around to where you need it. When you don’t, it stows away nicely in a corner giving you convenient storage on the shelves below. This also makes a nice little spot for a quick morning coffee giving you a good start to the day.
Adding more storage under your wall cabinets is as easy as clipping on this hanging basket. No drilling required and it fits most shelves as the clips are bendable. It has just the right depth to give you a good overview. For more easy-reach storage, you can also add the clip-on hooks in the same series.
The KUNGSFORS series offers open, wall-mounted storage solutions in corrosion resistant materials – much like in restaurant kitchens. And it comes with a range of accessories to let you customise and truly make the most of your wall storage.
